Preparation
1 Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line an oven-safe dish with parchment paper.
2 In a large bowl, combine the egg whites and your choice of sweetener or flavour drops.
3 Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture on high speed for approximately 8 minutes until stiff, soft peaks form.
4 Gently and carefully fold the chocolate protein powder into the whipped egg whites using a spatula to maintain the volume.
5 Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
6 Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve immediately while warm and fluffy.
