Traditional Greek Village Salad (Horiatiki) with Crusty Bread

• 2 ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
• 1 cucumber, sliced into rounds
• 0.5 red onion, thinly sliced
• 100 g feta cheese, block
• 0.25 cups kalamata olives
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 4 slices crusty sourdough bread

1. 1 In a large shallow bowl, combine the tomato wedges, sliced cucumber, and red onion.
2. 2 Scatter the kalamata olives over the top of the vegetables.
3. 3 Place the block of feta cheese on top of the salad and sprinkle generously with dried oregano.
4. 4 Drizzle the high-quality extra virgin olive oil over the entire dish.
5. 5 Serve immediately with toasted or fresh crusty bread to scoop up the remaining oil and tomato juices.
